No...I don't loathe the ones who are up front about it.
EDIT: LOL. Loathe is probably a bit too strong. Mildly irritated maybe?

The artist/singer "Mika".
Everytime i hear this man's voice on the radio or at a hockey game or anything, I feel like throwing myself off of the nearest cliff. No joke, I was at a hockey game with friends a month or so ago, and they played "Grace Kelly" (one of his songs..." I could be brown, I could be blue, I could be violet sky") during the intermission, and I started cursing under my breath in the middle of a conversation. The man just infuriates me, and I have no idea why!

...When I'm having an argument with someone who's really really stubborn, And I know that I'm right, but the other person will never admit it, and then he'll even have the audacity to make me feel guilty about it. So then I feel guilty, and I cave, and I acquiesce to his suggestion, but then he'll say no, and pout, and turn the tables on me, and make me look like the bad guy.
I know that sounds very specific, so I will provide one such example:
I'm with a group of friends, trying to decide where to eat. The two most vocal people in the group, Myself and that Stupid Friend, argue:
Me: I think we go for some sushi.
Most of the Group: Yes, we all agree.
SF: But I don't like sushi. We should eat at Earl's.
Me: Well, the sushi place is closer, and most of us want sushi, so I think we should be democratic and go for sushi.
SF: We just had sushi last time. Why do we always have to do things your way?
Me: Because everyone else wants sushi, too.
... After much more pissing and moaning ...
SF: (Poutily) Fine fine.. We'll do things your way. We'll go for some stupid sushi.
Me: If you're going to be so f---ing whiny about it, we'll just go to Earl's!
SF: (Overdramatically) Oh No! You're right though! Everyone wants sushi, so we should go for sushi. Don't let me get in your way of having a good time!
Me: *Grumbles under my breath*

No offence, but if you know the guy doesn't like sushi and you want him to come for lunch, why would you suggest it? I have a friend that does this to me all the time, knows I don't like seafood but constantly suggests we go for sushi.

In Soviet Russia, overused sayings and phrases loathe you.
(this is one of those that I actually find funny if used correctly, a few people on Digg have actually made me laugh out loud with a clever application of this)

Timid drivers.
The ones who go 5-10K below the speed limit in the left lane, while the other lane goes motoring by. People who will not make a left turn if there is any vehicle approaching, no matter how far away those vehicles are. Should this happen at a 4-way stop, they will wave the other vehicles through; all those drivers-ed classes apparently don't apply to real life. And even when they do begin the turn, they coast around the corner and will not accelerate until they are clear of the intersection. Drivers who take up 2 lanes because they seem worried one lane isn't wide enough for their '92 Sentra. The ones who put their blinker on to change lanes, then do 3 or 4 false starts before they are confident that Sentra will fit into the 8 car lengths available.
You can just see the drivers around them getting fed up and stressed. Aggresive drivers are bad, but I think timid drivers are just as bad.

This is a little specific to my field, but people who use the word "architectural."
That word gets misused all the time. It's usually something a long the lines of "our product has architectural detailing on it." Typically in the case of a window or one of those crappy pre-fab buildings or whatever. I work in an Architects office and I have no idea what "architectural detailing" means in that context. It's just flash word that makes something better with having little to do with architecture. Maybe it upsets me because it is usually used in the context of something small like that, when an Architects role is so much bigger.

People who can't make decisions to save thier lives.
People that try to nickel and dime you to death and have no concept of the terms value, or return on investments.
People who hide behind thier voice mails.
Clueless bosses
Clueless subordinates
Drink whores in bars
Girls who just want to be your friends, but tease the crap out of you
Pan handlers who won't take no for an answer
People who come up with overly complex solutions to a simple problem then pat themselves on the back for thier brilliance
Friends who lean on you for advice, then don't use it
Friends who need to borrow a couple of bucks until pay day
People that take recreational sports too seriously, we get it, you could have gone pro if you had just had a few more breaks.
Opposing coaches who teach thier kids that trash talk and dirty play is just tough football.
Head coaches that think that they have all of the answers
Star players who can't be bothered to put in the effort
Players that are afraid of getting hit
Going into the bathroom at a party and it stinks like rancid death, and then everyone blames you when you leave
Girls who have the art of leeching down to a science.

- Slow-moving walkers who are walking with their friends like 3 or 4 people side by side, it is the slow moving wall. What the hell are you supposed to do? How do you get around this? Its a moving obstacle. I'm sorely tempted to do commit an indictable offence.
- The poor grammar and spelling does rather aggravate me too. I wouldnt call myself a grammar Nazi per se, as I dont care if its perfect, I leave out most of the apostrophes on my contractions because I'm just lazy too. I also will almost never call anyone on it unless its damn near a crime against society. All I ask is at least some consideration.

Thats a good question, I never really thought about it. Its sort of a habit and I've grown somewhat accustomed to it. I started doing it many eons ago, and now, I think it would just be weird if I stopped. Dont you think? Let's try it...
