Well the Ducks just announced a new head Coach and the Canadiens announced the Cole Caufield signing on a gameday, so not sure that it matters.

Well, we can play dumb. Or we can admit that women are generally more sensitive to emotions. And younger generations seem to like to be more open about their feelings and are less ashamed to ask for help.
Also, you can cry in front of a woman. Most of the time

What the heck are you talking about?
We are hiring a hockey coach.
No one is crying or need to cry in front of a coach.
No one should be ashamed to ask for help. Heck Bob Hartley allowed Ferland to get his life back on track when he went to him with his problems.
Some of you are taking this snowflake and the players are soft crap to far.
