I would feel intense joy if we passed the oilers after the absolute gong show of a season we’ve had so far.
Every broadcast I see on the oil is about a cup run. How great would it be if they missed the playoffs? Lol

The Flames have some life! Hold on to your butts
Winnipeg's next few games are brutal too
Personally I'm rooting for the Oilers to drop a deuce here against some similarly tough opposition
Even just seeing them sweat and looking for players to blame down the stretch would provide ample entertainment

4 of their next 5 are not so bad starting with the Coyotes tomorrow. But than it gets pretty harsh. Their last 7 games in April are all against teams ahead of them.
Plus factor in that they have 13 games in 22 days to their March 30th game, get a day off, than 8 more over 14 in April and that's a busy schedule with 21 games over 37 days.
They get in, they earned it.
