Everything felt doom and gloom after that 5 game skid, but 4 points out with 17 games isn't an insurmountable task. Feels good to at least have a little life left in the season at this point. Saturday was a low point.

Speaking in baseball terms the Flames are one game back of the Preds and two games back of the Jets with a game left against each. Even the 3.5 games back of the Oilers isn't impossible to catch.
