Happy he closed it out. But that's just him doing what he's supposed to do
Mid-game save percentage is just not a thing.

Thompson and Krebs are fun players. The way Calgary was going and has been most of the season has not been fun
You "adopted" the Sabres when they were up 2-0 and they lost 7-2. You said they look fun even if they lose.

You were right, I had a lot of fun watching them get crushed.

Team plays defense and stops allowing grade A chances, he stops the rest.

Shocker

And I haven't seen any of those guys calling out fans on here, those were very bad takes as well though I will give you that

Shocker
It was (overall) a good game from him

But also $6M goalies shouldn't require perfect d-zone play and sheltering to win games. They should be able to snag some of the spotty games too

God I hope so. I don't have it in me to handle many more of these twists & turns and loop-de-loops in the final 29

Have we finally found the correct line combos? Is Pelletier the key? Three lines that score in different ways.

Huberdeau, Kadri, Pelletier - talented first line
Toffoli, Lindholm, Dube - possession line that holds the other team in their zone
Mangiapane, Backlund, Coleman - shut down line that can strike back

..... Well maybe lines 2 and 3 are similar. If all the can confined to produce, that's some of the best depth in the league.

.896 save percentage too. GAA can be misleading but a save percentage below .900 is pretty bad. More than a double digit difference between the top goalie and the other goalie at this stage of the season with this sample size shows a pretty sizeable gap between both goalies.

Loved the 2&7 throw back. Arrived in Calgary in 1980 and that song always takes me back.

Wanted to shout out Gaskal for the ATL today. Maybe it’s there all the time normally and I miss it, but the “narrator’s voice” in the post today was excellent!

Post about embellishment, posts twice. That’s embellishment!

Sabres post about not collapsing in the 3rd after collapsing in the 2nd. The very next title segment? Tyler Foli collapses Sabres in the third.

Sabres post about decade of darkness lingering effects still ongoing. The very next title segment? Loser franchise and an oilers logo.

Not sure if it’s always been there and I missed it, but shouts to Gaskal! Very clever!

Did anybody else notice that Huberdeau did his usual hard spin pass but that Kadri actually fielded it properly??
