Diallo loses two tiebreaks against Holt. Good progression as Holt made the 2nd round of the Australian Open losing to RBA in 5 but sucks to lose that closely, especially that first set.

Marino loses to Zheng this morning in Abu Dhabi.
Fernandez down a set and looks headed for tie break in 2nd set vs Rogers, in front of about 8 people. Leylah has a few break points but has not broken yet, and will need to soon I guess.

The crowds to watch the women in Abu Dhabi are pathetic, the WTA is likely getting a ton of money from the tourney organizers, but this is a very bad look.
/Oh and Leylah lost in the third set 6-1

why is there no chair ump? There are chair umps in even the smallest futures events, ATP 15! (just no linespeople)

This is a college match and I'm not sure which division (I'm guessing Division III) so that might explain no chair umpire.
Edit: I just looked it up and if it is Radford University in Virginia, it is Division I which makes it very strange that there is no chair umpire assigned.
