Yes he did. Here’s what I don’t get. Phillips is up, there’s “no room for him in the top 6”, inferring that the top 6 all deserved to remain in the top 6. Phillips gets sent down, Lucic gets moved to the top 6, Mange down to the third line. Pelletier gets called up and sits because there’s no room for him in the top 6.
Slow, lumbering = top 6. Speed, skill = minors/ press box. Sutter is so far out of touch. Or he is showing up Tre by playing Lucic in top 6 role.

Well the 4th line gets about 2 minutes less a night than the top 3 lines. So that difference is an obvious reason why you can’t put a young guy on that line. It is almost like sitting when you only get 10 minutes of even strength compared with 12 or 13 for the other lines.
