Move on Smith, everyone else has.

Most places that still use plastic are
1. taking advantage of how cheap they are now
2. using up old stock

Its very very very similar to the persecution imposed o Indigenous people by the federal gov't.
Paper straws = ripping children from their parents' arms to face physical/sexual/psychological abuse.

Maybe we could use our wheat resources to make straws out of long tubular pasta. Problem solved. Better than paper.

Ricardo’s used to do this. Maybe still do? It’s great actually. Though a truly terrible drunk snack after the 5th Pina Colada.

I had a hand dryer in Montreal start talking to me to introduce itself and say that it would take about 3 minutes to boot up depending on the strength of the Wifi network. Wasn't sure if a camera crew was going to jump out at me or if that's just the world we live in now.

Raheel Notley providing some insights into how she'd govern. So it's not all attacking Smith's horrible tenure. At this point, anyone saying that all Notley does is attack, is being willfully ignorant.

Aww lawdy, Notley just called Smith a racist, so expect those sounds bites forever.
She didn't actually say that, it was more along the lines of "some of them spend just a little bit too much time dabling in the same circles as folks who have some deeply offence and racist ideas" but you can guarantee we now get this tossed in the Rebel Media clip mangler. Around 18:30.

More importantly the rest of the press conference was laying out ideas, so Dion should tune in.

I’ll bet. An NDP idea of economic stability is doing absolutely nothing with the exception of dumping money and focus on anything green without thought. Not a way for Alberta to return to prosperity. Despite the tone or general sentiment in this thread I believe most Albertans know this and will ultimately be reluctant to vote Orange when push comes to shove this spring. They lucked into power in 2015 then promptly and soundly lost the next time out. They are more of a threat this time and the conservatives know it. Expect the Ucp to reign in the leader and tone down some of her personal view as they win back the moderate middle in the next 6 months.

Interesting you say this, while this press conference talks about the government working with International Oil and Gas companies to see what their needs are.
