They lost their two most entertaining and skilled players. And the one they got in return isn’t as advertised.

Lmao you are such a two face.

Before it was too hard wait until we get the easy teams now we can't beat the trash of the league and we have to beat good teams. Which is it?

You flip flop more than Dwight Howard.

This team sucks and isn't good enough to hang with top teams and can hardly beat the bums.

Sutter knows that without playing him? or is that statement just to motivate him for tomorrow?

Sucks we lost but I had fun at the game. Got to talk to some fellow Flames fans who traveled from Calgary. Pretty sure at least one of them is a CP’er lol. Phillips better be playing tomorrow

Playing Lucic then immediately benching him after he gets scored on is beyond stupid. It you have so little faith in him scratch the damn guy.

Call up the guy leading the AHL I'm scoring, dress Lucic instead and lose 3-1.

There is something wrong with Sutter this year. He has turned his stubbornness up to 11.

It will suffice. Hate to be a Downey Debber. Sit Lucic. Play the kid and new big Z. Infuse the lineup with a renewed energy.

I would like to know what the other trade options were because the return has not worked. Not even close.

Gotta say, I haven't been at all impressed with Toffoli since he got here. Yeah sure, a few nice goals here and there but for the price paid... We should dump him to another sucker

Markstrom was good as well, so that is something.

Weegar with by far his worst game as a Flame.

Disappointing effort considering they played so well the last few games
I have absolutely no problem with Markstroms game tonight
Would have been 10-1 had he not played well

I don't know if it's the new guys still trying to get used to a new team/system/city...whatever. But they'd better get their s*** together soon, or these guys are gonna be on the outside looking in come playoff time.
Don't watch or support them then. But be sure to hop back on the wagon when they start winning again!

Yeah they didn't just win 4 of 5 before tonight? Just because you don't understand math it still exists.

Nobody said the Flames would never lose to bad teams only that they win with more regularity. So far they have.

Disappointing effort. Glad Phillips wasn't in to try and contribute while his teammates played like poo.
