Interesting comments from Francis about the age makeup of the Habs and the Flames. The Flames really could use an injection of some youth and jettison some of their older players. They can't be much worse than they currently are, so bring in some youth and see if that energy can wake the troops up.

Put yourself in Phillips shoes. Imagine how pissed off you’d be. Lead the AHL in scoring. NHL club struggles offensively. Not a chance you re-sign with this team.

I'd like the advanced stats guys to see how the Flames stack up with high danger scoring changes this year versus last. I feel the high danger chances are way lower this year compared to last and it's because we're back to playing perimeter hockey.
