I don't really judge Gaudreau either. He wanted to move on. Maybe the financial part of it didn't work out the way he thought it would, but it was his right to test the market. I wish the team knew well before the last minute, but I suspect he was legitimately undecided the whole time.

The specific demands stuff is very speculative, but to whatever degree it is true, it still points to agent failure to understand his client - or to help his client figure out what he actually wanted.
