I would like to see more from Jarnkrok, but what he brings is useful regardless. Shut down guy that never stops working.

I predict a lopsided win for Calgary next game. They fix the slop, Markstrom is on point, the offence continues.

In the last two games against the Oilers, the Flames have scored 18 goals.

Must have watched a different game. Cuthbert pretty lifeless until McDavid got some steam. First two Flames goals with building rocking, he was pretty subdued.

Simpson after every whistle was trying to process and formulate how the Oilers were going to get back into the game. Elated at 6-6 he went pretty quiet 7-6 and beyond.

No kidding. The guy is nothing compared to prime Crosby. Drives me nuts when people say he's the best in the world.

Bieksa called him the best offensive player before the game, which I can live with. But best all round player? #### that.

We will miss him when someone wants to give him 5x5.
Yeah, that was great. I'm hoping someone can find the clip and post it.

How long can McDavid take that abuse and play 25mins a night every two nights? I love how they commented on Woodcraft letting the second unit out...only to have McDavid play the entire last 2 PPs.

Do you guys want the Flames to be a tough team to play against or not????
Yet we also don’t want to be Oiler fans who are salary cap illiterate.

If you put Koskinen and Smith in net at the same time, they *might* be as good as Oettinger was.

Maybe.

The Jarnkrok -1 came on the broken stick play. Jarnkrok was good.

Hey, I hear ya. I actually picked this series to go six, with game one being one of two Oiler victories.

But the truth is, the Oilers are a two-man team, and of those two men is playing at 50% right now. Ordinarily, I think this series is a closer match-up than many Flames fans would give the Oilers credit for, but if Draisaitl is basically neutralized through injury/illness, the Oilers should really be a cakewalk for Calgary. McDavid can get 4 points every game, but the Flames will just score more goals overall anyway.
