how does anyone watch the job Rick Ball did and not give him all the series. No homerism in any of his calls

Oilers D and goaltending will be nothing like Dallas’.

It’ll take the handcuffs off our skill guys. Which will help a lot.

Will Tanev still be out is the big question. Kylington’s status will also be big. Hopefully he just had a stinger last night.

Planning my first Flames playoff game live this year. Probably game 5. How hard is it to get tickets? Sell out in seconds type thing?

Do you honestly think that Sportsnet doesn't want its crew to demonstrate Oilers homerism when they are playing?

It could have been a lot worse.

How he never gets national games is a real mystery.

However the games end up going, would love if the group of negative Nellie's here could try to keep the over reactions to a minimum. Enjoy this series and our Flames, who beat one of the best post season goalie performances in history, sticking to their game through 7 games. Johnny stepped up in big way, on the biggest stage possible, so cut it out with the, "he's not a playoff guy". Gonna be a crazy series, I don't even know if I'll watch every game with the nervousness and anxiety I have of facing our biggest rival and the possibility of losing to those losers. Go Flames!! Please!

If they are unique codes, probably not.

Flames in 6.
McDavid will steel 1, maybe 2 games but our overall team will be too much for them.

Codes might be unique and may be good for only one purchase. A subscriber who is not planning to purchase tickets might post their code.

For both fan bases, if their team loses, will the response will be:

A) Blame the officiating
B) Blame some other factor, injury, hot goaltender, game start time, NHL conspiracy, etc.
C) Accept the other team is better or at least is a better playoff performer this year

My guess is that for both sides, it would be 80% A, 19% B, and 1% C. Oh, and I am sure some people will put out some advanced stats to show that their team was better, despite losing.

The Edmonton team should wisely forfeit to the superior Calgary side.

I think its fair to say the Flames are the better team in most if not all categories. But the McDavid factor and the officiating factor will keep it closer than any of us would like. I'm saying Flames in 6.

Forgot about Shilly, hoping he’s ok too. He looked ok after coming back but he may have been running on adrenaline.

So we all know Dallas and Edmonton are completely different types of teams but I can't help feel like beating Dallas like that helps Calgary against Edmonton. Smith playing well? Calgary just broke through a way better goalie. McDrai is great? The Flames dealt with a proven PO clutch guy in Pavelski, an elite Dman in Heiskenan, and a pretty good support - Robertson, Benn, Seguin, Klingberg, Hintz, Suter, Namestikov. and there's going to be a lot more room through the neutral zone for the top line this series.
