The other four rinks will start on Tuesday.

That sets up game 1 and game 2 as May 3 and May 5.

Espn has posted dates and it is indeed Tues May 3 and Thu May 5 games 1 and 2.
Game 3 in Dallas is May 7 and game 4 is May 9

Every series is every second day, just like the olden days.
Would've thought that year 1 of a new TV deal would've catered to those new US broadcasters but then not being tradtional networks like NBC may have played a part.

Nothing is guaranteed and anyone can win in the playoffs. That said, there's plenty to feel good about with the Flames heading into this. The Flames' final goal differential for the season was +93 relative to Dallas' goal differential. That's pretty nuts. They will need to fully shut down the top line if they're going to have a chance in this series. Even if they do, the Flames are not an easy team to play anymore beyond the top line. They're a very good checking team now, and they have a lot more team toughness.
