I don't understand why that play isn't treated as a delay of game penalty.
Sometimes it is, but usually not for some reason.

I had a major axe to grind after his performance last year, and at points earlier in the year. I thought he put a really strong stretch together, but I've been watching these numbers and they have been falling for about a month.
