Sutter is awesome. Never too high after a win, just all business.

Yes exactly. It had a 2004ish vibe for me.

There have been very few games this year where you had to hold your breath at the end like that.

Happy to have that kind of win.

First game back in the Dome in nearly a decade, got to watch it with my dad, Gio’s return and a big W.

There were big chunks of the game which we took over and it was incredible to watch. Unfortunately Seattle was well coached tonight and got us off our game more often than not. It eventually turned into a bit of a sloppy game but we found a way to win.

I didn’t love all the blind passes happening behind our own blue line. I thought after the Hanifin turnover that would have been nipped in the bud, but it persisted most of the night. The Kraken definitely frustrated us and we had exceptionally bad puck luck at times.

But good teams find a way to win and that’s exactly what happened. Kylington was incredible to watch live, and Lucic is a such a difference maker with his size/skill combination.

The top line was a lot of fun even though they weren’t on their A game.

This is a good test for us, because this is exactly how teams will try and beat us in the playoffs if they can’t outscore us.

Default Captain 9io Return5 But Flames Still Krak Up A Win

Bit of a boring game but the Flames were dominant again. Not sure what people are talking about with ‘cracks showing’ or that they didn’t play well. Grubauer was fantastic. High danger scoring chances were 16-2 for the Flames. The Kraken couldn’t get anything going in the O zone the entire game, they perpetually resorted to pushing it back to the D for point shots which were blocked or easily saved.

Gaudreau hits the d man’s shin pad and Rasmus misses a tap in, both wide open nets.

Bring on 10

At 50% capacity there's lots of great seats open. Everyone moves down to them. So it looks packed on TV. I know I move to better seats than mine when I am there. Usually row 1 of the second tier.
