Not a great game for the Flames, but a win none the less. Give the Kraken credit. They played a very disciplined game and clogged up the lanes. The Flames just couldn't get a flow going for the most part, but got the goal that counted.

Amazing to think that despite playing this amazing and racking up 18 points all in regulation in the last few weeks, Flames are just barely a top 10 team in the league. There are some amazingly good teams out there this year in Colorado, Florida, Carolina, Pittsburgh, Minnesota, Tampa Bay, Toronto, St Louis, etc.

Playoffs are going to be special this year.

Lots of chances to score tonight so no issues in the offensive zone.

Coaches will look at our D zone work tonight. Unlike the last several games we were not first to loose pucks and therefore unable to move the puck up and out nearly as quickly as we are used to seeing.

4 points up on Vegas and still 2 games in hand.

The Flames have earned 2 out of every 3 points available this season. It's the second-best points percentage in franchise history (1989 was the best, of course).
