Mischief sound like a minor thing, but that maximum sentence is actually up to 10 years in prison.
I doubt we see sentences that high, but it is possible.

Won’t happen. The sentences are going to be extremely low. The obstruction or resist arrest or assault PO charges may lead to something decent, but even then. Our justice system isn’t set up to hand out major penalties.

They made demands that could not be met from someone who could not meet them.
I'll give them credit for persistence. I would never have hung out like that.
But it was a vain effort in pursuit of an unaccomplishable goal in harsh conditions with some consequences.
I just dont get it. What was all of this for?

I didn't actually see a woman with a walker in this video. Maybe a cane? I also didn't see her get trampled. Maybe knocked to the ground. That's going to happen when you stand in front of a horse that is moving towards you in a crowded space.
I hope she's ok.
Edit: On further inspection, I do see the lady in the red jacket on the ground with a collapsed "walker", and the police horse appears to avoid stepping on her.
