Clearly doesn’t take too much to please you. I’ve been a fan since September of 1980 and am sick to death of all the apologists who forgive garbage efforts like this. Sure it’s just a preseason game but come on!! At least play like you give a ####!! People actually paid their hard earned money to come and watch you play tonight and you reward them with that. Disgusting!!

Its so much fun he had to come and post on CP about how great it is
They played their opening night roster against the Canucks scrubs...I mean they don't even have their top players in camp. Won 5-3, so impressive.
Good thing I was doing tech support for a pal at the time. If I'd actually wasted 2 1/2 hours watching that...well, I wouldn't have done that. I'd have quit after the third goal.

Flames will always be my #1 team, but being a fan of them sucks. I'm happy to enjoy hockey again.. I feel like it's unlikely the flames will win the cup again in my lifetime, I'd like to enjoy that once, so I'll cheer for another team to increase the likelihood. Also until the Flames get their upper management in order they'll continue to just go nowhere. The lack of the big move this off-season only makes me shake my head more.
