Now...I thought this was supposed to be connected to the LRT, but I dont see that on any of the renders?

It looks like it's planned for the SW corner to essentially be the "main" entrance, rather than 12th Ave and 4th St.
Also, it looks like the main concourse will be at street level. I believe this is the same as Detroit.
Like Edmonton, there will be an Upper Level Club behind the visitor's net.
The street side retail/restaurants are labelled as Retail-Restaurant Sports Bar, Bourbon Bar, and Retail - Team Store/HOF. I assume HOF will be a Flames Hall of Fame of some sort (where you'll likely be able to buy alumni merch).
There is a large multistory parkade on the SE corner.

I like the newer renders more, that's for sure. I'm still not totally sold on the outside, wish it wasn't so box like. But maybe other angles will make it better looking.
I wonder if the shiny silver wall will pose any problems with reflections to people driving by it.

You mean like a +15 connection? never heard or saw those in the planning stages.
The location should be similar walking distance as the Saddledome from the Stampede station on the red line and about 2 blocks from a green line station.

I'm still pretty underwhelmed. Knowing the realities of this being a CSEC project, I would settle for whelmed, but we're not there yet. Just not a lot to get excited about here.

Looks real good to me. Modern but won't date itself in 5 years. Hopefully it will be good functionally as well. I really don't want to stand in line for 5 minutes to use the bathroom.
