- The apartment house-warming
- The retro video game
- The law and order spoof over growing a yam
- Pillows and Blankets
- The therapy episode
- The gang become celebrity impressionist
All gold.
I had watched it all through Season 3 previously but am watching again with my daughter- Through Season 3 is mostly great, season 4 pretty weak but has moments, and only 13 episodes. Now on season 4 and it seems closer to the first 3 seasons which is much better.
Parks and Rec is awesome, but I think you can skip season 1 altogether. A few characters and storylines which were culled as it went on- none were missed

Season 4 was the "gas leak" year when NBC replaced Dan Harmon. The people they brought in to replace him had worked on a lot of decent shows, but the show was just missing something without Harmon. Fortunately, NBC relented and brought Harmon back for season 5.

From what I read Joel McHale was nominated by the cast to 'Jeff Winger speech' NBC into re-hiring Harmon.
It worked.

I have watched both and to me its Parks by a landslide.
It has an office vibe although the characters are obviously different. I love the humour and the group of actors. Parks is one of the few shows that we continually go back to and re watch when we cant find anything to watch.

it's been said twice now, but 30 Rock should be ahead of either show.

Silicon Valley is well worth watching. For some reason I thought it was only 2 seasons, so was happy to see I wasn't actually finished and had 4 more to go.

Crazy to me there was a time in 2009/10 where The Office, Parks, 30 Rock, and Community aired back to back to back to back on NBC Thursday nights. Probably the greatest block of sitcoms ever.

Well...with the exception of when they'd play 4 episodes of Seinfeld in a row.
