I don't know why anyone would bother trading at 1.5% on Coinbase or at .5% Taker/.3% Maker on CBPro when you can trade at .075% on Binance.

It's baffling.

Because getting money into Binance so you can actually trade is a major PITA

Was about to ask, how do you fund the account? Last time I tried none of my credit cards worked.

That's where the Shakepays and Newtons come in handy, where you buy BTC/ETH or another liquid and easily transferred coin from them and then send the coins to your Binance addresses.

Another option is if you have a miner friend, you could purchase Ethereum from them (and both will save the margin that the Canadian sites charge) and have them send it from their pool account or wallet to your Binance address.

What? Buy XLM (.48 cents transfer cost) or BCH (.67 cents transfer cost) on CB, or use CB Pro to convert whatever holding you want to transfer to either XLM or BCH, and send it to Binance for literally 50 cents more than you paid to get it on CB/Pro, and never deal with bull#### trading fees again.

Do this in reverse to cash out, except it will only cost you the price of trading to XLM or BCH at .075% and the transfer, plus the 2.99 CB charges to send to PayPal.

Or just mine into Binance since they use static Ethereum addresses.

So Binance shat the bed last night during that bitcoin price drop when I was trying to buy back in on ADA when it dropped to around 2000 sats. Kept getting network errors, obviously too many people trying to do the same. Still managed to get a good price but could have been much better for sure.

SingilarityNET (AGI) looks interesting I think. They're moving from ethereum to cardano soon and they want to be a decentralized artificial intelligence marketplace. Anyone holding any?

I have about 2,000 ADA sitting in a 90 day 9.32% APY stake right now; I was bummed when it jumped to 1.53 last week as I could have made a decent profit but I lock staked it because I also think it has a much higher gear (likely $10-15 is feasible with it's cap and supply taken into account) and I tend to go for short gains if I don't lock stake tokens.

I also have 2k ADA and I'm in for the long haul, no intention of selling for several years at least. My hope is that as it gets fully fleshed out and starts receiving wider adoption it will steal some market share from BTC/ETH and go a lot higher than $10-$15

I mean, assuming it's valuation surpasses what BTC currently holds (unlikely but who knows) it can't feasibly exceed ~30-35 bucks.

In either case, I hope you are staking it rather than sitting on it, as you can easily make 15-20 tokens a month just through staking.

Just on Binance.

I would highly recommend taking a look at their staking pools, some of the higher risk pools have 30% APY on 90 day locks, and your stake rewards are accrued daily into your Spot wallet.

Again my referral link is https://accounts.binance.com/en/register?ref=X1QCXYYB

Anyone who uses it to sign up we will get 10% of each others trade fees back as BNB.

Ya I stake on my Daedalus wallet. For stuff I hold onto long term I prefer to have it on a hardware wallet directly under my control

It's down 6%, I'm no sure that's massive. Pretty much matches the drop in Bitcoin. Is there a reason Bitcoin has been cratering in the past 10 days or so?

A bit of the infamous "alt-season" where profits in Bitcoin get cycled into other coins like Ethereum (which set a new ATH earlier this morning before getting hit by the Biden capital gains tax plans) and Dogecoin in pursuit of quicker gains.

Entire market tanked after rumours of Biden's tax the rich pay for everything plan. COIN is down 2.5% more in after hours. Overall that's a drubbing.
