IIRC Theo got thrown around a lot in his rookie season.
I was just watching the "classics" before the live game on Monday.

Then again, in this era everyone got knocked down a lot more.. and if you got knocked down, you hooked the legs of whomever knocked you down and took them down too.

Bodies all over the ice, so maybe Theo did not stand out as much as Mangiapane does.

Saying knee-jerk s**t is as Canadian as poutine. (without thinking it through first at all) I once told a date, jokingly -who was singing along with every song in the car- that she sounded closer to someone kicking a bag of cats than an actual singer. Yeah that didn't go over well at all.

Get him enrolled in some ballet classes. That will strengthen his core and improve his balance.

I somehow get a kick out of the fact that the word jokingly is emphasized

Not all gals are Don Rickles fans, it seems

The crazy part is how their reaction gets even worse once they realize you're not really joking afterall.

I can only imagine.

“You know, you sound more like you are kicking a bag of cats rather than a singer”
“Oh my goodness, what a great sense of humour you have. Bed me!”
“I know. I’m hilarious. But seriously, there is actually always some truth in kidding, isn’t there. You actually really sound horrible”
“Haha. You are so funny. (Starts singing) I ..... will always love you”
“Argh! The humans are attacking!”

That is exactly what Badger Bob did with Neil Sheehy and Tim Hunter. He said it was to improve their balance during a fight or when screening in front of the net.

The world was arguably a better place when 'tell it like it is' was the prevailing mindset.
