Not sure the team is any better, but it is different and has a "game breaker" on it.

That is a gross scenario, two first rounders, a second rounder and a third rounder for a mediocre team. This team needs to accumulate draft picks, not trade them away. I have no problem trading away any of those 4 players, but they should be getting prospects and picks back for them.

Sutter isn't coming back to coach a rebuilding team. Get serious. Trades made will be for established players, not prospects or picks. You can bet you ass that was part of his deal. No rebuild on his watch. Retool, maybe, but no rebuild.

I don’t think scratching Tkachuk is the answer, but if I were Sutter I’d bench him every time he tried that between the legs play when they’re losing, tied, or up a goal. If you have a two goal lead and want to try that then go ahead but when you’re down and need a goal cut the hotdog crap out.
