I think confidence and players knowing their roles are both pretty big factors that are negatively affecting the team. Both of those are related to coaching.
Coaching isn't the only problem, but it's certainly one of them.

Yeah but when that one time hits it will be all over the highlight reals and everyone won't be able to stop talking about it. No one will even remember the other 99 times he's passed on taking the puck hard to the net and getting an actual shot on net lol
