The Bell/TSN radio station that got shut down unexpected early this week.
Vancouver had 2 sports radio stations, a Rogers Sportsnet one and a Bell TSN one.
1040 was way better and now it's gone.

Because of the breakout. It is the same every time, and the Nucks are sitting on it.

The winger can't skate it out if the defenseman is on top of him before the puck even arrives.

That happened at least half a dozen times in the first.

I think they are coached to not move the puck quicky up ice with a stretch pass which could result in a turnover or icing, and to instead pass D to D and wait for the players to get set and then move the puck. This makes the team look slow and gives the defense a chance to get set.

It's exactly what Gulutzan preached and it was terrible to watch and not winning hockey.

Ugly start... But walk away with the only goal.

Also is Monahan becoming a playmaker? That was a beauty pass to Giordano. 8 assists and only two goals so far?

The strange thing is that they seemed to be playing a more straight ahead, N-S , Vegas-style game early in the season....

It's pretty big news across the country this week, I think Winnipeg also had oen shut down. They even mentioned how competition is good. I didn't have a problem with it.

Seriously did Ryan Leslie hire Gene Principe’s writers? This is awful!

And the SN360 broadcast sounding like it’s too quiet makes sense since Ball and Hrudey aren’t broadcasting live.

SNP has so much better on ice sound and is so much clearer sounding.

Which national broadcast? You’re watching the Vancouver regional one.
