I know lots of people have spoke their piece, but I think That Mangiapane and Backlund benefit from playing with an agitator type. Bennett playing aggressive compliments their style well.

That fourth line however is a train wreck. They really need an energy player to be the first in on the forcheck.

Edmonton just loves 50/50s. It's strange. People seriously love it like I've never seen anywhere else.

Maybe 6 years ago the Eskimos had a pretty big carryover jackpot from an unclaimed ticket and it was used as a marketing tool to sell more tickets. From what I remember they had an extra 10,000 people show up than normal. Many of them paid $30 simply to be able to buy a ticket (and wait in hour long lineups to do so) and then leave.

50/50 to Edmonton is Little Sebastian to Pawnee.

That’s a valid point that I didn’t even think about.

Makes sense though.

Hopefully Simon can mimic Dube’s speed and skill and make Lucic-Ryan-Simon a half decent 4th line.

Nordstrom brings speed to the line

Nordstrom - Ryan - Simon

Nordsrom: speed, forecheck, two-way play

Ryan: smart, decent on the dot, defensively sound

Simon: good playmaker

For a 4th line, it isn't horrible

Buying one lottery ticket makes sense.
You increase your chances of winning from nothing to something. That's sound.
What is really dumb is buying more than one ticket. Because you barley change your odds but it costs the same.

I like Kylington and think he’s underrated by Flames fans.

I think the general consensus is elite skater, with plenty of upside, but hasn't shown that he can utilize those skills to his advantage yet.

Do you think that is over-rating him?

Edit: sorry, underrating him?

Maybe Chevy wants a look at Kylington before we trade him for Roslovic

Maybe if Bennet was given more time with talented players instead of Phucking plumbers on the fourth line he wouldn't hog the puck or try to do it all himself.

It really is a ####hole. My sister goes to lots of games in Calgary due to free tickets from her work. They went to one game in Edmonton and came out after the game to a bum pissing on the street right in front of them.

That’s it. It’s up to him to take the next step and earn a spot on the roster. 30 other teams also agree he isn’t in their top 7.

I would love to see a Valimaki-Kylington pairing.
