I think the uniform symbolizes qualities like heroism, integrity, competence, strength, etc. If you like those qualities in the gender to which you are attracted, then the uniform sort of elevates the wearer.

I'm pretty sure it's not sexist as many woman find men attractive in actual uniforms ... I'm pretty sure it's a universal thing across gender lines. Just playing devils advocate here.

Not only is it not sexist, giving someone crap for it is kink shaming. Jiri has been hoisted by his own woke petard!
... In seriousness I'm pretty sure the objection was more the way he worded it than anything. It gave the impression that female cops are essentially just playing dress-up and aren't to be taken seriously, which I kind of doubt was the actual intent.
