What's up with Texas? Still showing several Biden favoured counties as still only 80-85% in?

From NBC News.
"Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman said that his state’s ballot-counting process is “drawing to a close” and believes that the outstanding ballots will deliver the state's 20 electoral votes to Joe Biden."
"As of Thursday morning, Pennsylvania had about 768,000 ballots remaining that needed to be counted, which Fetterman said in an interview on MSNBC would be enough to "probably deliver our Commonwealth to the [former] vice president at this point, based on previous modeling of how those ballots have been performing with respect to, whether it's for the [former] vice president, or the president.”
While Fetterman declined to predict when he believes his state would finish counting, he indicated that it was possible it would be done by Thursday evening."

So how about he keeps his mouth shut and doesn’t give the maniac in charge any ideas.

Biden and Kelly's numbers were very consistent before the shenanigans began, but only Biden's numbers have dropped. It does not make sense for Kelly's numbers to not follow Biden's as Trump supporters are NOT going to vote for what is considered a liberal Democrat in Mark Kelly. The numbers should be consistent and when it is not, that is an indicator of manipulated data. Something everyone needs to watch and be aware of.

Yeah, considering how important those remaining uncounted votes are, he should keep his predictions to himself (for a number of good reasons).

Mark Kelly claims victory in AZ senate race. For that to happen the data must indicate there is no way for McSally to get within a point and force a recount. That should bode well for Biden as those vote trends should be consistent. Still potential for shenanigans.

I'm always amazed at how complicate the US has made something as simple as counting votes. Like, any normal country would just add up votes, and the one with the most votes wins. But these guys can't even count votes without weird rules that have them not count votes. "Wait! Those are on yellow paper, we can't can't those until the first full moon following the time change!" And then they don't even pick the person with the most votes to win. What a disaster.

This is the big difference between Canada (and most other democratic nations) and the United States: in Canada, we have a sane and fair voting system. Each polling location might have somewhere around 20 ballot boxes, and each ballot box might have ~500-1000 votes. An Elections Canada employee and volunteer scrutineers from each party can reasonably count and validate the votes from each box within an hour or so. Then the numbers from each polling location are reported to elections officials and the results are shared with the media. Barring an exceptionally close election, Canadians almost always know the winner within 1-2 hours of the last polls closing on election night. And best of all, protecting the integrity of our voting system is seen as a non-partisan issue. No matter which party you support, giving everyone an opportunity to have their vote counted fairly is something all Canadians agree with*.
In the United States, thanks to Republican vote-suppression mechanisms, there might be only one or two polling locations for a city of over a million people. They purposely want to make it hard to vote. With that many people all having to cast their ballot from a single location, long lines are assured on voting day. People with jobs may not be able to get enough time off work to wait in the queue. This affects low-income citizens and minorities in the inner cities far more than it affects rural/suburban white people. Advance voting to avoid the long lines is often made available to white people in the suburbs but not Black people in urban areas. All of this is by design to disenfranchise people who are statistically less likely to vote for the GOP. It's shameful.
*With very rare exceptions like Jason Kenney possibly cheating to win the UCP leadership nomination or "Pierre Poutine" sending robocalls to convince Liberal and NDP voters that the date of the election and/or their polling location had moved to help the federal Conservatives in 2011.

So who will be the GOP nominee in 2024?
I am hoping for Ben Sasse or Rob Portman.
Anyone but Mike Pompeo or Junior.

Sh*thole democracy.
It's a complete joke, needs to be completely overhauled (but never will be), and yet their media puts it up on a pedestal like it's something to be cherished and jealous of.

Same question could be asked for the Democrats if one believes Biden is a one-term president.

Assuming Biden wins, Kamala Harris ending up in the chair by the end of the first term wouldn't shock me. Her running mate will be a Mayor Pete type.

The fact that this presidential race is so close, after everything that orange baboon ass has done over the last four years domestically and internationally, is unreal. Seriously America... embarrassing.

While we are in a bit of a stall shout out to everyone on this forum for continuing to update the results and provide explanations and commentary. While I love politics, how the polling & voting work in the US is way over my head.
More importantly, all your hard work has paid off! You've made me sound like an expert at work.
