Makes sense with Niskanen retiring despite having a year left.
Can't see TJ getting expansion draft protection though with Sanheim, Provorov and Myers in Philly.

Ah damn. We gave him more crap than he deserved during some rougher stretches, but he's one of the best defensemen this team has had in the last 30 years. It was great to see him have a strong season after all he went through. I wish him all the best.

Damn, I was really wanting Brodie to re-sign here. He's been my favorite Flame for years now, and is the first player I can say that about. Would have been nice to see him be a Flame for life, not only is he a a great player, but seems like an even better person off the ice
