9.2m until he is 37 is "leaving money on the table"?
Maybe you should quit while you are behind.

The same "cherry-picking" from the article?
But thank you for proving my point of majority of them are very average players who were easily replaceable.
Kane? Evander flashing cash in Vegas Kane?
If I haven't been around this forum, I would almost think you are being sarcastic.
Buff just recently walked out from the Jets still under contract who happened to throw Kane's tracksuit into the shower.
What's the race card there?

You’ve missed the point of the discussion so badly that it is useless to engage with you. Go back and read my earlier post. And then while you’re at it explain why the stats are so skewed is it’s all chalked up to random factors.
Ask why Kane/Alieu/Duclair/Subban have “attitude” issues. Where did they come from?

Simmonds remained in Philly's top 6 until he declined, and Philly moved on, nothing to see here.
PK Subban literally assaulted with his own teammates multiple times, and he got traded for Shea Weber, who was definitely an upgrade, and surprising still is, so what exactly is the narrative here again?
Seth Jones is playing top minutes on the top pairings, uh, what exactly is the problem?
Ho-Sang? Duclair? Seriously?
And a team sport is demanding athletes to scarify their individualism?
What.A.Shocking.Revealation!
I am truly getting so sick of this black race card latching on everything.
Look into real problems, instead of desperately trying to drag down everything.

My goodness is this a clown post. Your lack of awareness, which seems deliberate, is very troubling.

I'm going to help you out here since you either missed this part or weren't able to comprehend it. See below quote from article. Same skill level yet one group gets traded 1/2 the time and the other 1/3 of the time. Happy to help.
Once again, it is hard to reconcile the stark difference in outcomes between the groups when the difference in on ice impacts are minimal at best (the average WAR of the moved players was roughly the same across all groups).
Next, your demonstrably false narrative of skill level does not address why there are so few black centremen, or why black players are frequently deemed not smart enough to play centre and moved to different positions at young ages instead of being patiently developed in their preferred position.

Typical name calling when losing an argument.
You blame the world for creating their attitudes, I say they created their own problems with their attitudes.
North America's population is dominated by whites, and whites get more opportunities, what a shocker!
"Smaller sample sizes" is a common term constantly being used in CP.
There are simply more white players than black players.
Stop playing with numbers in percentages.
This is not like a Jordan or Iginla being mistreated here, these are just average players being passed by.
Another reason is ICE hockey is simply not a popular sport among black communities.
Most blacks originated from warmer places where hockey is straight up unheard of.
Obviously, the less popular the sport is, the less skills developed.
Centremen typically require even further complete skillsets, and that's that.
According to some of you denials, we can literally use this race card in every single country with a majority color.
Would you think the J-league is very fair to non Japanese?
How many black people get to play in Serie A?
Surely the KHL is not dominated by Russian?
NBA must be the holy grail, dominated by black people, maybe a race card against whites instead?
Stop blowing nothing into something.
There are legitimate racisms that should be look into, but instead everybody is wasting time and sickening people with useless crap like this.

Funny because I don't think a single person called you a name, they merely challenged your bafflingly poor argument.

Negotiating your own extension is one thing, but I can't imagine trying to navigate the week 1 UFA market on your own, especially in this bizarre environment.
He's somewhat fortunate that the forward market has been relatively slow, but that might also be an indication that teams are being frugal there. Will be interesting to see if/when he is signed.
