All the time. One of the things of 'playoff' penalties is we can see it's a penalty but majority of the time it isn't called so when it is, neither side is really happy about it.

Flames forwards aren't covering the pinching defensemen.
I don't know why the forwards aren't use to this by now, the D have been pinching for a long time now.
