I hope this is a choice and not due to complications with the surgery on his eardrum, he was expected to be healthy in May/June.

That's really not good since it was repaired back in February and the timetable was supposed to be 3 months.

That center ice logo needs to be scrubbed by tournament time for an NHL one. This isn't an oilers Tourney. Also grant us a neutral, palatable horn for this pleeease. The no goods can use theirs for their games.

I'd be shocked if they didn't pipe the actual horns in. If EA's NHL games can do it..
Pretty weird concept to think of The Flames horn blasting in Edmonton of all places. lol

I would be shocked if the logo on the ice isn't changed to something more neutral. There is still lots of time to change it, so I assume it will happen.

NHL logo at centre ice until the finals and then have each finalists' logo on either side of the red line. I suppose you could start this at the conference finals if they're doing one series at each hub.

I'd be shocked too. Would look pretty amateur on the league to have edmonton themed ice during totally irrelevant games.

With those pre-printed logos they use now, they can swap them out pretty quickly. I'm sure the on-ice ads will all be swapped out for league sponsors, so the Scotiabank and Rogers ones might be the only ones that stay. They'll probably do everything at once. They'll also need to add the playoff logos inside the bluelines.
