Look! Some good happening in the world! Antifa shutting down their own!

Did you not question your previous post that labelled black guys as thugs and mentioned the race of the women they attacked even though it's not relevant, even a little bit? Breaking911 is not an unbiased news organization and maybe even fake news.

Where are you getting this stuff?
I posted a video or 3...really couldnt care who or what its labeled as and it really has no bearing on anything unless its a faked video, whivh these clearly are not.

Dont shoot the messenger and dont bury the lead.

And sorry if thugs is a problem for you...but thats exactly what those asshats are.

There's a march happening in Aukland New Zealand right now. It looks like a large and peaceful crowd. Rhys Darby is live streaming it on Instagram.

Antifa probably doesn't exist but if it did, it would be bad.

I started to respond to the actual content of your post but it's just going to wind up being a longwinded meta-argument about what my objection was to his poist and what that video is even talking about. I'll just say I wasn't suggesting that Cecil was dumb, or that that post negatively affected my opinion of him in any way. Your post, on the other hand... Why would antifa not be real? It's a loosely organized / decentralized left-wing activist thought movement. It's basically a catch term for protesters on a political stance.

Please, indulge me.

I agree...yet...and this is why media gets such a black eye...i have seen on both CNN and MSNBC tonight, interviews with "experts" all about what antifa is. They all say they really arent anything except a scattered mess of extremists no more organized than a swarm of gnats.

Yet, it still keeps coming up and is always brought up when there are riots of any sort by those who really should know better. Its actually kind of fascinating.

Just ignore him, he's clearly trying to bait you.

I for one appreciate the videos you are posting since I don't use much for social media.

Haha, this is a fast moving thread, everything has been posted in the last day or so. Yes, it did take one minute and that's all. No reflection, just more anger and aggression and a gif as usual.

Oh well, moving on I guess.

I wouldn't go so far as to say anger, but I certainly find your fixation pretty annoying. How about you assume that I'm not that interested in your opinion of me and stop trying to tell me about it, and just stick to the thread topic? Thanks.

If it matters, I never get offended when someone replies with a “snarky” response. I do it all the time, often not intentionally. It’s just the format of online debate and the lack of emotion and context in posts vs words. Plus, I say stupid #### all the time. Sometimes I misspoke, sometimes I don’t care to elaborate or defend my underdeveloped OP and sometimes I’m sure it’s legitimately stupid opinions. It’s not so bad to be called out from time to time.

I will say I find “beefs” a bit odd. Because I’m on mobile so often I occasionally don’t even notice who posted. I could call out a stupid post in one thread and declare the same poster a genius 5 minutes later in another thread and never give it a second thought.

Calm your tits, you're as wound up as a jack-in-the-box.

Of all the coverage, including black community leaders making speeches in various cities across the country today, you instead choose to share self-destructive behavior in a left-wing movement. And that's not a bad thing, it just matches your political ideology.

You're consistent in trying to draw attention to the important matters

Oh, there is a real Antifa that is mainly active on the European continent going all the way back to the 1920s. In the 1930s, they used to have riots against fascist marches in England, France and Germany. Of course that was a meaningful moment in history for fascism was unapologetically on display for everyone to see. And they often succeeded: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Cable_Street

The Antifa in Germany is still pretty organized.

But these Millennial younger people in North America expropriated the Antifa brand to justify their actions have nothing to do with the original movement. They just hijacked the term to try and make themselves sound legit. It's like that Muslim who attacked that Florida night club a couple of years ago and wrote a letter saying he was ISIS. ISIS had nothing to do with him or the act carried out, but it was just a way for him to justify his violence by using the bogeyman.

The difference there is that that's actually ISIS's modus operandi - that's what they were trying to accomplish; attacks on civilians that were "ISIS inspired" but not actually directed or organized by actual members of ISIS. Much, much harder for law enforcement to foresee and prevent attacks of that type. I suspect the European Antifa people aren't huge fans of their brand, such as it is, being co-opted by random people at protests across the pond.

Frankly there are a lot of generally de-centralized "movement" organizations that make it hard for me to tell if they're actually... organized. Is BLM a real organization, for example? Is Anonymous? Are there now degrees of what constitutes a "real organization," or do you need to have a mailing address and a governing board?
