BSD with the ASG swagger. Love it.

Not a perfect game but the compete was there and the PK came up big in the third. Nice to see Mangiapane get rewarded as well with a couple of big goals.

Wow, goes to show I should check the stats first. Thanks.

Felt like he didn't play that much, I chalked it up to all the PKs in the 3rd. I liked what I saw, though. Last night and tonight. Keep it going Benny.

It seems to me that 9 times out of 10 when you hit the post as a shooter, you feel you had the goalie beat and just missed the net.

But goalies get to do what they want. They're weird and they talk to goalposts and stuff like that.

Shot attempts, just not shots on goal. I'm pretty sure those guys actually shot the puck.

I think if you look again you'll see that there was room to score on those shots.

But if it gets under the Oilers skin, then I'm all for it.

Backlund setup the best chance in OT...yet all the talk was about how stupid it was to have him out there.

All Brodie had to do was raise the puck

Great team win, Pk was awesome, yeast mode got activated and Big Save Dave!

Jose Bautista would approve of the stick flip.

Wanted to echo this; guy has turned down his reckless forecheck a little bit but it is definitely working out as he seems to be using his teammates more. Would've liked to see him out there in OT.

Rittich was vibrating in that interview, said he was still mad about that 3rd goal.

What a competitor.

Props to Tkachuk for stepping up and fighting Kassian. NHL.com has them as 9 lbs apart but I doubt that is true.

Mangiapane and Kylington were awesome tonight.

Didn't like Hanifin jumping in on Benning during a line change.

Can't stand McAvi, he is genuinely dislikeable.

You absolutely need some of this on your team. Guys with something to prove.

Playing OT vs the Oilers you need a defensive guy who can skate. Even if he doesn't score he buys you time .
There's a lot to be said for not losing the game.

First two periods he was pretty invisible, for sure. But I thought he looked much better in the 3rd and had a couple of really solid shifts towards the end of the game. We still need a lot more from him though.

Did he set up the Brodie chance?
Honest question as I don’t know but whoever did set up the best chance

So honest question. Is there any point dressing Lucic for games against these guys?
