They run a good program there, thats undeniable.

Still beating you and Troutman at pickem made me feel a wee bit better just cause you're both Pats fans. I especially enjoyed Troutman falling off the face of the Earth after he boasted about getting back into second place.
Sorry, Saints fans have all the scoreboard when it come to franchise futility, that was our second playoff win on Saturday, second!

As for Brady, better than Montana imo, Montana had Rice, Taylor, Craig, etc.. Brady has done it with miles less skill around him.

Really? I'd have to disagree since his only SB wins came when he had Sharpe, Davis, Rod Smith, McCaffery, Romanowski and a handful of other talented players playing on the same team. I'd argue Brady's done more with less

There's no way SF wins those championships without Montana. Look how many tries it took Young to do it with the same level of talent around him. Actually I would venture Young had more talent around him because, IMO, Ricky Watters was a better back than Roger Craig.

Yeah, I would have put Saints fans down, if you hadn't won that game. Hopefully your teams got a couple more wins in them.

Elway took Denver to 3 Super Bowls the Broncos had no business being in.

They had good teams the years they won, no doubt.

He is the winningest QB in NFL history. That can't be denied.

I'm not saying Elway wasn't a great QB. I just think Montana was better.

Peyton Manning has a hall of fame WR and another WR who could be the #1 on almost any team. Jabar Gafney couldn't even 'make' the Lions.

Also, when has the Colts defense really let Manning down? When they didn't shutout the Patroits because Manning could only muster 3 points? Face it, Manning chokes when it gets down to crunch time. He needs to play a lot smarter this week to beat the Pats.

Brady deserves all the credit he gets.

Yes, the people you mentioned do kind of suck.

But you did neglect to mention running backs that eventually become huge helps to lead a team to the Super Bowl. Just because they win every other Super Bowl doesn't make Tom Brady good.

The Patriots have defensive weapons as well. That is something that most teams do not have. Asante Samuel, Rodney Harrison(showed up for practice part of the week), Tedy Bruschi, and a couple others have been a huge help too.

As of right now in the playoffs Gafney is the top WR.

Super Bowl XXXIX:
Vinatieri kicked a field goal to eventually make the final score 24-21.

Super Bowl XXXVIII:
Vinatieri kicked the game winning field goal, making the final score 32-29.

Super Bowl XXXVI: Vinatieri made the last score with a field goal, making the final score 20-17.

Final Judgment: Credit for winning the Super Bowls shouldn't make Tom Brady the better QB, but make Vinatieri the better Kicker.

Thank you, good night, enjoy your spaghetti.

Tom Brady on Family Guy, the only 'non-shipoopi' dancer:

Seriously, though, this guy's one of the best quarterback's in this era of the NFL. The Patriots will win in the dome after Vinatieri shanks a GWFG from the 36.

The patriots are and have been an amazing team for quite some time now. Brady knows how to win big games better then anyone.

In previous years he has had a decent amount of weapons. Brownn branch givens patten to go along with an all star coaching staff. Brady has never had to deal with having a horrible defense like peyton. Yes they have played decently in past playoffs however it was peyton that got them to that spot year after year with amaing regular season games. Brady has hardly ever had to throw 4 or 5 td's to win the game for his team, peyton has had to condtantly.

Both amazing qb's in my books, peyton has to win that ring to get in the same class. I pray it is this year so people will be able to fully respect what he's done by playing the qb position unlike any player before him

That's right. Once again New England and New Orleans proved that they do suck. How do you let your opponent rally up 32 points in the second half of the game? Just wondering, maybe someone could help me out as to how you do that.

Well, unlike the Pack, at least NO and NE made it to the dance. Keep dreaming, though.

Grave? You think they are dead?

I think Brady and Manning will meet in a few more AFC Championship games in the coming years.

Give credit where credit is due... Brady and the Pats made a game of it, and unlike the Colts/Steelers game of a year ago... both teams wanted to win this one.

If the game is on the line with 2 minutes to go, I now have proof to back up my choice of Manning over Brady. I love that CBS called Brady "Mr. Comeback". I thought Peyton had that title all wrapped up.

Great game tho, no matter the outcome. Should make for an awesome Superbowl.

What do you mean the Pats made a game of it?? They had the lead pretty much the whole game, if anything, the Colts made a game of it by coming back.

What I mean was that the Pats kept it up. Most teams giving up that much would deflate. It wasn't his fault that they gave up so many points in the 2nd half, but he kept putting points up on the board.
