I don't think anything needs to be done. Maybe shift a couple of the lines but at this point it is too late. Eithet the guys really want it and make things happen or they don't. I see no point in switching goals or benching guys with 20 minutes and a 3 goal deficit.

My untouchables for the offseason are Valimaki and Mangiapane. Just about everything else would be on the table in terms of trades. Not dumb "pull the chute" trades, but something ain't right here.

So they’re not feeling it. They got cold in the playoffs. It doesn’t mean this was a bad year, it was actually one of the best years for me as a fan in almost two decades.

I hope they don’t give up and just try their best in the 3rd.

I'd add Backlund to the list after this series. Not looking like a second line center.

4 more playoff runs and he will tie Hartley at this pace.

Guaranteed 95%+ would take the playoff success. Veteran teams gear up for the playoffs over the course of the season and don't care about regular season success.
Guaranteed and totally agree. I buy season tickets mainly for the chance of playoff games. So much more fun than a Tuesday in February vs Minnesota.

Unless a miracle happens this will be the last 20 minutes of the season.

One of the most exciting regular seasons I can remember, coming from a guy who's been a fan for 30+ years. Lots of goals, exciting games, just........fun.

To see this team be a shell of what they played like all season is just disheartening. This isn't the Calgary Flames I know. They're not playing their best. Not even close to their best. They looked shocked, scared, afraid and just 'off' the entire series. They didn't dictate anything........they let the Avs decide how the series was going to be played.

Just going to enjoy watching some of the young building blocks we have like Rasmus, Valimaki, Eat Bread, etc and ponder what Tre will do this summer.

You are 100% right. Nobody can question Sam’s compete level or his heart.

I blame this all on not playing rittich from the start. Team would have had so much more confidence, they would have smoked the Avs. . #whatif

He has had goals called back but at least he is getting into the dirty areas. I don’t fault him for that.

Bull####. His team barely snuck into the playoffs because the team and goalie got hot at the exact right time. The previous regime drafted Mackinnon, Rantanen, Landeskog, Barrie and practically the whole roster outside Grubauer.

Looking at the GI call again on the replay, Johnson is pulling Bennett in, not Bennett pushing Johnson. That should have been a goal.

Man Monahan... where the hell is your heart? You see your 5"8 superstar winger getting his ass beat in the corner in a do-or-die game and you're gonna stand there, put his hand on Barries shoulder and let him keep working him???

I've never been so disappointed in having a player on my team. Get out of here or grow a pair.

Peter talks they needs to hold the puck, but they keep dumping. Avs don't give space to Flames, but Flames is giving all the spaces backing so easily.

For some reason I packed my Flames jersey with me on a 2 week vacation. What a waste of luggage space.
