Flames had some decent stretches, mostly from 3M, but those penalties kinda killed their mojo. Need to get all lines going in the 2nd.

Peters confuses me sometimes. There's less than a minute left and you send out 3M, who have clearly been the best line the Flames have this period, and they immediately create a 2 on 1. So now you have an offensive zone faceoff... and you send out Ryan/Bennett/Mangiapane? Why? Leave the guys with the jump out there, or put out Johnny if you must. You're about to have an intermission to get their breath back.
Weird decisions sometimes.

I'm enjoying this hockey game! Team looked pretty good for the first half of the period, a little tentative for the second half. Special teams looked good. This will be a fun series! Now let's get to scoring goals Flames!

Bunch of icings. 3 penalties. after the first few minutes it looked like a November game. Refs need to check their calendar. It's playoffs. Let these guys play. 3 weak calls. Watch the East and much worse gets let go and produced exciting playoff hockey.

Flames had some solid momentum in that period until those penalties kinda derailed everything. Gotta try and stay out of the box from here on out.
1st line was invisible, which was probably our biggest worry coming into these playoffs (other than goaltending). Those guys need to step up, or sadly this will be a short series.
