My god this was perfect. Eastern teams top 2, colorado drops to 4, and BOTH oilers and vancouver drop. Also if oilers lost to us im the last game they would be picking 2nd hahahha. I never thought we would get this perfect of a result

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.

Just like when it happened to the Flames, I want to remind everyone that Rangers winning from 26th does not mean the Oilers would have from the same spot.
I’ll still enjoy their fans crying over a meaningless win though. As Table 5 said, that’ll learn em to win games.

I hope that once it was revealed that Colorado had dropped to 4th, Sakic got up, flipped off all the other GMs and left saying, "Screw you guys, I have to go watch my team in the playoffs."
