Gio-Beast mode engaged. 10 points in his last 7 games, just all over the ice.
Who knew Eat Bread had such a good one-timer? Maybe just against the Canucks lol.
Smith was solid, and the top line had some chances but couldn’t convert. They’ll start going in eventually.
If Tkachuk is injured Markstrom better be getting a call from the league. Two handed tap with less than 20 seconds left in the game?

We have a name for the 4th line?
Wes Gilbertson @WesGilbertson
Apparently, #Flames fourth line have come up with a nickname for themselves. Andrew Mangiapane spilled the beans: “Doc and Hath like the ‘DAG Line.’ That’s their saying, so I guess it’s OK to me.”

It doesn’t make sense. But it doesn’t have to. Chris Farley is always appropriate.

Honestly? Like a guy that hadn't played for 5 weeks. He wasn't bad but the pace of the game was not his friend. It could take 2 or 3 games.

Really hope the team can improve the PP before the playoffs start. Luckily they've been winning lately in spite of it, but we're gonna need it to convert once in a while during the post season.

Neal was involved physically. Made some smart plays, but that line didn’t generate much.
Jankowski still has a long way to go as a centre. If he doesn’t improve his 5v5 play at centre heading into next year, I could see a transition to wing for the big boy.

I thought the top line had a few good chances especially off zone entries. I think teams have been watching allot of tape and keying in on those 3 guys as much as they can. All those focus has probably opened Gio up to run rough shot over their 4th line matches. It'll turn around.

Think he threw about three good hits, thinks that's the most physical I have seen him all season, more of what I thought he would be like.

Most wins by a Flames team since 1988-1989. 4th line looked great again. Solid game by Smith, he has really turned his season around.

I would love to see someone wipe that smirk off of Markstrom's face.
