The arm never went up, the refs probably just missed it because the puck was up ice.
Watch the replay.

The play had already been stopped for the penalty before the scrum. It was pretty obvious. Tkachuk hits Fleury, Flames have possession, whistle and play stops. There was no other reason play would have been stopped but for a penalty.

I love what Tkachuk has done there. We need to get under their skin, this is how you do it. If it means Reaves chasing Tkachuk in the 3rd so be it. Hopefully he is going to do something stupid and we will finally score on PP.

Go right back at them and destroy Fleury... It will hurt them way worse than it will the flames.
Francis is such a turd nugget. It's like he doesn't even do any homework, isn't prout dressed tonight?
For once with Bennett Hathaway prout and Hamonic out there I'm not concerned if things boil over. Outside reaves and Engel land who has totally stopped fighting Vegas is a team that's actually softer than the flames.
