Ever since Tkachuk commented on the Auston Matthews deal setting the bar he’s been a shell of his former self.

I agree, but I'd prefer to see people upset with losing rather than being content with it.

Yeah I try to be impartial too
Most of us do

Home ice through the west is a big win for the team regardless of how the playoffs shake out. That's a massive step forward. A lot of context for this season is being skipped over. This year is the first year of our window opening.

Trelivings next bit of work if to solidify goaltending after this year.

I’d be concerned. This is the definition of a paper regular season tiger.

Gioforpm with the “why do you bother posting here” crap. It’s a hockey forum for discussion not a cult.

Well it's not. But this team is not looking like they did in oct, nov, dec and Jan. They look pretty average. 7 games was nice, but how many were comfortable wins? We could have gone 3-4 just as easily.
And when was the last time we beat a good team? NYI don't count, they are average at best.

The team is not looking great, it's concerning.

Kylington has had a bad night... Bad timing for him after the fantenberg trade. Gotta think he's back in the A after stone comes back.

I'm thinking the same thing. They haven't really made me feel comfortable as a fan for quite a while now.

Gonna take a bit more than a rough 1st game back from injury. And stones still 2 weeks away IMO.

The skaters have kinda looked good though? They deserved a better fate vs minny and probably tonight as well.

Problem for him is he doesn't need waivers if I'm not mistaken. He's headed down for sure unless he plays really really well
