Default February 28 with seven games!

The Canucks started young Thatcher Demko in goal. Poor kid.

Galchenyuk makes it 4-1 Coyotes.

Arizona is really looking excellent lately.

Florida ties it up in Vegas.

Refs doing their usual thing there - apparently Golden Knights do not commit infractions, regardless of what it might look like to you and I

We should be wanting Vegas to win. Don’t want them to fall out of third. Minny has won 4 in a row but is an ideal first round matchup for us, they are closing the gap on Vegas faster than people think.

Vegas vs San Jose 7 game series is the best we can hope for.

Screw that. I would love Vegas to miss the playoffs.

Unless Minnesota can lobby to join the Pacific division in Q4 of the season i dont think we need to worry about them catching Vegas for 3rd.

If Vegas loses and Arizona wins, Arizona will be 4 points back of Vegas with a game in hand.

Think that might've been what neo45 was alluding to.

If Vegas is bad enough to fall out of 3rd down the stretch why are we so scared of playing them?

Minnesota is irrelevant to Vegas. Unless ARI can catch them, they'll remain 3rd. And I don't think there is any chance of that happening.

Hoffman has scored again and FLA is up 2-1 now.

Edit: and 3-1 now.

It’s closer than people think to Vegas being the last wildcard team, is what I am saying. They aren’t as locked into that 3 spot as they seemed a few weeks ago.

And you don’t want them in round one because of the style they play. They beat up teams last year. Even if you win the series you pay a price. Also Stone will be getting comfortable by then, their lineup is pretty good.

We want old slow half-rebuilding Minnesota without Koivu.

Bad news for the Coyotes. Derek Stepan went into the boards awkwardly. Came up clutching his knee.

Can't believe that team would get another injury.

The Kings lead 2-1 in the late stages of the first period.

Eriksson has scored for the Canucks, 4-2 now.

Richardson scores his 4th of the game, 5-2 Yotes.

Still about 12 minutes to go.

Brad Richardson is the first Coyote to score 4 goals in 22 years.

Not exactly what I would've predicted. Hope he gets 5.
