Can we please not define Glen Gulutzan by the stick throwing?
He should be forever defined by the Emotional Bank Account

So if the Islanders move to another arena next season, that would mean the Oilers would never have won a game at Barclays?
That's impressive!

Their last regulation win was in 1999, but they did win their last two games in Brooklyn prior to tonight in OT/SO.

he should be defined for coaching teams who are mentally weak due to his poor coaching. he fits in up there nicely.

He should be defined as the worst head coach in Flames history. Gilbert and Hay included.

LOL, Oiler fans are funny.
Chiasson and Yamamoto for Panarin. Or Bouchard and Lucic for Aho.

Wow so the radio guys are actually arguing tit for tat with a call in fan? I never listen to this radio show, was missing out. What a bunch of hacks.

Did the caller also suggest that the Jets retain some of Laines salary in that trade?

The caller’s point was quite unclear, but still, these hosts get super defensive if you even hint that Edmonton might be an undesirable destination for players.

In their last 23 games, the Ducks are 3-16-4
Yet somehow, the Oilers are now tied with them

yeah... call in show hosts are a bit salty tonight....
Brown is usually pretty level headed and solid the times i've listen tbh.
the Oilers problem is that that their scouting and development suck ass... its unbelievable that a team with that many 1st round picks, with 17 top 40 picks in the last 10 years, has a roster this devoid of talent.
its funny how Edmonton fans now look to their AHL team as being 'the light at the end of the tunnel' when actual fact say there is zero correlation to that meaning anything.

but hey, i guess you gotta hold onto something

Because if McDavid can't get the team above 28th in the league, some 18 year old will totally make them a success over night.

Hopefully the Oilers are passed by the Ducks and Kimgs soon. If there ever comes a day when the Flames are first in the conference while the Oilers are last it will be glorious
