Game of Thrones would be jealous of how much crow the Flames have served up this year.

No he was playing. On regular shifts in with backs and Neal.

Peters switched Neal and Chucky in the late second.

It wouldn’t surprise me if he was, I noticed him make a few glaring errors in the game but on the other hand he seems to always be giving it a 100% out there.

So good to see the bottom six win a game. Major concern if they can't do it every now and then.

Detroit broadcast said it best. Flames were expecting to win where as Detroit was hoping to win.

It's the first time in my over 23 years of actively following this team that I can honestly say we have been on this side of the ledger. Loving the ride!!!

That was me. Telling you, just hammer the over with smith starting

But do yourself a favour and hit up an offshore like bodog.eu

Single game bets are much better

Really strong game from Sam and the Real Deal. Ryan as well. Keep going.

Real nice cheeky back heel pass by Neal on that first goal.
Thinking the points might start coming for Andersson.

Can you imagine what a rejuvenated Neal could do for this team during the stretch run? His best games have been after the Christmas break and tonight. Hopefully the upcoming break will give him time to rest.

If the third line can emerge as a legitimate threat this team could go places.

Nice to pull out this win. Flames didn't play well, and I think Detroit's speed got them rattled a bit at times.

Ryan was a monster today.

Bennett was really good - that last goal was elite both in how he accepted the pass and how he finished.
That play by Mike Smith to break up the zone entry and turn the play the other way was a thing of beauty.

Gutsy win by Calgary. Hamonic and Hanifin were both really good tonight, as were Andersson and Kylington. Giordano and Brodie had a rough night, but both ended up on the scoreboard. I am sure they will rebound tomorrow night, and they will both be on the scoreboard again.

Smith made some big saves tonight. One he wished to have back probably, but he was mostly good.

Hopefully Neal and Bennett go on a bit of a roll now. If those two find offensive consistency, this team will be absolutely unstoppable.

Peters is a hell of a coach, so unafraid to make in game line adjustments, massive reason this team is so good in third periods.

Lucky to win that one. Hopefully they are saving it for tomorrow. One of the worst games I’ve seen Brodie play and he lights it up on the score sheet. Go figure......
