Nobody knows why Frolik is getting fewer minutes than Neal, but either way, it's smelly that Walsh is publicly commenting on the situation. Doesn't rub me the right way.

Crap, I really like Frolik and think he’s a valuable player but he has to go now before this turns into Corrination street and starts to be a distraction to the other players. Flames have two urgent issues to address already, don’t need a manufactured third one.

Which would mean the Flames need to sign Tkachuk, Bennett, Stone, Rittich, and another goalie. Don't think we could afford Stone other than a rental.

Sucks to see the 2nd tweet. I thought the 1st was just the agent, but now another and the commentary that this likely was all approved by Frolik is disappointing.
Doesn't reflect well on Frolik.

Never thought I would agree with Alan Walsh but the easiest solution is to just play Frolik more because he is out performing guys who are getting gifted more ice time.
He is a good player.

Frolik, Mangipane, Smith and a 1st for Howard, Kronwall. If there was a way to do all your shopping at one stop I'd try for Howard, Nyquist and Kronwall. Thats a 3 position forward, a rock 3rd pairing LHD and something better than what we have in net.

Well if Frolik is out in that deal, that's an additional $4.3 in cap space added. Smith being gone adds another $4.25 in cap space. Dealing Mike Stone would free up another $3.5.
I think it could be worked.

If there a chance to have Stone long term, I’d move Bennett as part of that package or trade him separately.

I think Stone is going to be Ottawas next captain. The guy is holding on ice players only meetings to keep them into this. They're gonna pay him, and he's going to be their guy.
