How about the Flames do something worth creaming their pants over before complaining about the commentating?

At least McDavid was a name we could make fun of. My favourite is still McC*ckKnocker- but there were several other contenders

The Flames aren't playing well so you're taking your frustration out on me lol. Unclench your fist and take a deep breath. Things will be okay.

Just imagine if Hughson was calling the game and Luongo was playing too.

I mean, he could save something... that'd be a start.

Jim Hughson would almost be embarassed by this commentary. Almost. He's probably watching now and turned the lights off and lit some romantic candles.

Agreed haven’t been impressed at all yet
Barely noticeable
Rookie Dube has been much better

When you're a rookie and a dynamic player, in addition being as effective as Petterson has been, you will be talked about. Even to nauseum. Want to get them to stop talking about him, Flames need to neutralize the player and step up themselves.

There is no bias. Every fan base thinks the commentator is biased towards the other team.

If any flame had 3 goals in 2 games that were as nice as pettersons, they'd be talking about them too.

Flames look effing terrible.

I am liking Lindholm so far. Trying to find positive things to say since this game isn't going so well.

Pettersen will not get these kind of chances from night to night.
Agreed. Some pretty glaring defensive mistakes in these two games so far. Gotta tighten that s**t up. The goals that Smith has given up have been mostly odd-man rushes and wide open grade A chances.

I don't even know what to say.

They have created more while giving up less chances. There haven't been any 'bad' goals given up by smith...

This all adds up to Gulutzan hockey.

That's because Bill Peters, aside from his personality, is actually pretty similar to Gulutzan. Oh, except Gulutzan has coached a team to a playoff appearance before.

Good reason why people are so critical of Bennett. He is supposed to be good Petterson and instead he is bad like Virtanen
