Notable Flame Killers (and vice versa)

Name an NHL player or two or few that stand out to you for playing so well/lights out against the Calgary Flames, and those that play for the Calgary Flames who love dominating a certain team when he can. I'll start.
Former: Wayne Gretzky, Ryan Getzlaf (I can make arguments for Paul Stastny, Connor McDavid, Mika Zibanejad, Evander Kane, Rick Nash, and Martin St. Louis. You may not agree with me, though.)

Latter: Robyn Regehr vs. Oilers (Looking at 'cha, Ales Hemsky!)

Stastny and Ribero always would light us up.
 McDavid does nowadays.

Backlund seems to thrive against Vancouver

Jamie Benn. Might just be me, but I feel he's always extra good against the Flames.
oh, and the Sedins of course.

Brad Richards back in the day was a notorious Flame killer. Getzlaf always seems to be good for several points against the Flames.

I can’t find any stats on it but I feel like Mario Lemieux used to destroy us....I have memories of him making Mike Vernon look very bad.

Ribero was the biggest Flame Killer IMO. The rest were superstar calibre player while Riberio just always seemed to walk into a game against the Flames and laughingly mock us with some dog and pony show hockey dekes and make the team his Biotch.
Flames player a Killer against other teams? Backlund against Vancouver. Iggy against Edmonton. Regher against the Sharks for some weird reason.
Tkachuk getting in Doughtys head has him a killer against L.A.

Sam Bennett and the Ducks. strange enough as it sounds. Maybe it was that one goal in the playoffs his first year but I always think he does well against them consistently.
