I really thought this series would go 7. What a performance by the Knights. Tampa will be their biggest test in the final just because of how stacked they are, but I still think Vegas will win the Cup. Just seems like they're a team of destiny this year.

Congrats to the Knights. One of the coolest sport stories, and one that will be remembered for probably for the rest of our lives as NHL fans.
Anyone bitter about this needs to take the stick out of their butt and as a fan of sports enjoy it. Sorry Winnipeg, still have some awesome fans

Good on Engelland for taking the trophy. I believe the Pens did the last 2 years as well.
High time for that stupid tradition to end

Engo ain't afraid to touch the damn trophy! Fleury probably told him to touch it since he's had pretty good luck with that.

lol, you guys. It's an expansion team in the final in the first year of existence. You think they even believe in the existence of a curse on the conference trophy?

I think he has to be. His numbers are pretty damn good. Probably one of the better goaltending performances so far.

Oh God. Exciting, fast, hard-working, fan-favourite team with a brick wall for a goalie touches the trophy. Meanwhile, the Lightning are a game away from being their opponent.
Stop me if you’ve seen this one before...

I think Vegas has a good chance at winning the Cup. Sure the Lightning are more talented but so were the Jets. Teams simply have trouble with how the Knights are constantly coming at them over and over and pouncing on mistakes. Over three series you can see how they have worn teams down over the course of the series. By the end of the series they choke the life out of their opponents. The Lightning will have to play a lot better than they have against the Capitals to beat the Knights.
