I don't think Vegas fans can appreciate how fortunate they have been. Half the league hasn't been in a Stanley Cup final for a long time. Ages for some teams, and in their first season they are in the finals. Not only that but this is such a fun team to watch. Every game is incredibly entertaining. I have got more entertainment value from watching the Knights in the playoffs than the Flames entire 82 game season.
As for the Jets this has to sting as when you finish 2nd overall and the only thing standing between you and your first Stanley Cup appearance is an expansion team. You are probably thinking that's a dream come true. They may not even get this far next season and it's kind of a missed opportunity. As good as Vegas plays the Jets have more talent and just weren't good enough.
